Warranty Period

3 years from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial indoor use, including:

• Delamination or peeling of the surface finish (veneer/melamine)
• Significant deformation, such as warping or cracking, occurring under normal indoor conditions in Canada (typically 5–28°C with relative humidity of 30–55%)

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, impact, or mechanical force
• Exposure to water, excessive humidity, or direct sunlight
• Use in outdoor or semi-outdoor areas, kitchens, bathrooms, or unventilated spaces
• Surface scratches, dents, or fading resulting from natural aging or cleaning chemicals

Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Original purchase invoice
• Photographic evidence of the issue
• Details of the installation environment

Approved warranty claims will be resolved through one of the following options:

• Replacement: The affected acoustic panel(s) will be replaced with new product(s) of equivalent specifications.
• Partial refund: A refund will be calculated based on the original purchase value and the remaining warranty period on a pro-rated basis.
